1. Where is the Marina?

We depart from Fuerte Amador Resort and Marina, also known as Flamenco Marina at the end of the Amador Causeway.

Check in area: The check in staff is located in the main building of the marina. Please note that the Catamaran departs on-time. Please arrive to the check-in at least 30 mins before departure time.

2. Do we need to bring cash with us?

Yes, it is recommended to bring cash in case you want to purchase anything extra on the Island.

3. Do you provide transfers?

No, we don’t provide transportation to the Marina, but we can recommend Uber.

4. Why do I need to remove my shoes before boarding?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask the removal of any footwear before boarding. This help us to ensure our clients safety preventing slips and allowing to keep the boat clean throughout the day.

5. Are there tours for children?

Most of our tours can accommodate children who are accompanied and supervised by a legal guardian. Minimum age for attending this tour is 8 months. Please check the tour description, call us at (507) 6747-7707, or email us at info@panamasailingtours.com for more information.

6. Is there a weight limit for tours?

BOOKINGS

7. How far in advance do I need to book a tour?

Tickets can be purchased trough our website 3 months in advance. You can also buy tickets at the dock before check in time, but we cannot guarantee availability.

8. Can I book a private tour?

For now, we are not offering private charters.

TOURS

9. Does the tour still go if it rains?

Yes it does. However it depends on the forecast weather conditions.

11. Is lunch included?

Most of our tours are all inclusive. Please visit the tour description of the tour you are interested in for more information.

12. Can I bring my own liquor and food?

Since most of our tours are all inclusive, we don’t accept guests to bring liquor and food. If you have a special diet and our food menu is not good for your, please call us at 6747-7707 or email us at info@panamasailingtours.com

13. What should we wear?

Comfortable clothing is recommended and easy removable shoes since shoes are not permitted on board.
