1. Where is the Marina?

We depart from the Trump Ocean Club Marina, which is located in Punta Pacífica, near to Multiplaza Mall. Please see the map above for more information.

Check in area: The check in staff is located at the Trump Ocean Club Marina, Ground Level.

2. Do we need to bring cash with us?

Yes, it is recommended to bring cash. For your convenience, beside what is included in the tour, we sell snacks, drinks, and souvenirs on-board.

3. Do you provide transfers?

Yes, we provide transfers to and from the marina.

*Note: Transfers are just applicable for hotels in the metropolitan area.

4. Why do I need to remove my shoes before boarding?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask the removal of any footwear before boarding. This help us to ensure our clients safety preventing slips and allowing to keep the boat clean throughout the day.

5. Are there tours for children?

Most of our tours can accommodate children who are accompanied and supervised by a legal guardian. Please check the tour description, call us at (507) 831-5058, or email us at info@panamasailingtours.com for more information.

6. Is there a weight limit for tours?

7. How far in advance do I need to book a tour?

Tickets can be purchased trough our website 3 months in advance. You can also buy tickets at the dock before check in time, but we cannot guarantee availability.

8. Can I book a private tour?

9. Does the tour still go if it rains?

Yes it does. However it depends on the forecasted weather conditions.

11. Is lunch included?

Most of our tours are all inclusive. Please visit the tour description of the tour you are interested in for more information.

12. Can I bring my own liquor and food?

Since most of our tours are all inclusive, we don’t accept guests to bring liquor and food. However, we sell the most popular drinks and snacks with good prices. If you have a special diet and our food menu is not good for your, please call us at 831-5058 or email us at info@panamasailingtours.com

13. I have a special party and we like to bring decoration, is that possible?

Yes, it is possible, how ever for safety issues the following items are not allowed:

*Colorful papers

*Fireworks Candle

*Pinata

14. What should we wear?

Comfortable clothing is recommended and easy removable shoes since shoes are not permitted on board.
